These are my first premium cookie sheets and I really enjoy them. I can't use teflon or related products because I have a bird, so it's great to have these as an alternative. Although the cookies don't exactly slide off, they release nicely and don't get overdone. I'm a happy baker!

I got two of these to replace two cheaper ones that warped. Love the fact that this is anodized instead of non-stick but I used parchment paper on them anyway. Easy to clean because of the anodized surface and never burn (the bottom of) my cookies and any goodies that I bake with these sheets.

Love these baking sheets- they have never let me down and the insulating layer lets food cook and brown evenly, but not burn. It's a thick sheet, and you may have to add a min or so to your cooking times for cookies, but once you've adjusted to the difference in a thin sheet, you won't go back. Worth the price!
