The color was great but have had a very hard time with the printer telling me that the cartridge was not compatible. I have had to remove and insert them over and over before they would work. I would guess this is an issue with my HP printer.

Suppossed to be Free Shipping and the company waived the shipping charge, then mailed the products with insufficient postage. Had to drive to the Post Office (check the price of gas lately), the had to pay the $2.75 Postage Due to them. Sure, the company sent it "free shipping" by spending just enough to get it in the mail. All I had to do was pay the U.S. Post Office instead.
